About Us

Tinian Fuel Services, Inc. (TFS) began the business mainly as a fuel service station, food mart and landscaping and custodial company in 2001. Shortly thereafter, the company launched its portable toilet rental and septic tank service business was created together with Western Union money remittance and general liability insurance agency on Tinian.  In 2015, the company continued its growth and expansion and opened TLC General Construction with its main focus on vertical construction such as concrete government buildings, commercial buildings and residential homes. Over the years, the company has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills and experiences in multi-disciplined construction.

 

TLC General Construction now leads TFS as one of its fastest growing divisions and DBAs.  Clients such as Bridge Investment Group, Tinian Health Center, Bank of Guam, Northern Marianas College, Department of Public Safety Tinian, the Tinian Mayor’s Office, Kagman Community Health Center – Tinian, PHI Pharmacy, Northern Marianas Housing Corporation, DynCorp International, the Small Business Administration and FEMA are some of the many satisfied customers we have from our construction business.

 

Today, TFS takes on the role of main contractor for small to medium size projects and performs design and build contracts for commercial, government and residential buildings. We also provide design input and engineering solutions as value-add services to our clients.  Our objective is to provide our clients with assurance when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and coordination ensures that the client’s objectives are our top priority in the planning and the execution of all our processes.  We take pride in our delivery, thus our clients can always be assured that only the most experienced and qualified people are serving them, all the time.
